The law could force drivers to harness up their pets or install a pet seatbelt in their vehicles.

A U.S. State is looking to ban dogs from sticking their heads out of car windows.

It's part of wider measures to be introduced by Florida senators relating to animal welfare.

The law could force drivers to harness up their pets or install a pet seatbelt in their vehicles.

It's also expected a ban will be proposed on the sale of rabbits either side of Easter.
