For those who can work from home, doing so on a Monday can help to 'soft launch' your week and reduce feelings of  anxiety and 'Sunday scaries'.

Metro.co.uk reports on LinkedIn research from January which showed that 1 in 5 (23%) employees have worked longer hours during the pandemic many are experiencing burnout.
