A new deal between Bord Na Móna and Amazon will create a pathway for the development of data centres in the midlands.
It has been revealed as the first business to join Bord na Móna's new Eco Energy Park.
The semi-state company plans to set up a series of energy parks on its land across the midlands, to deliver wind and solar power and develop new electricity grid connections.
