Mullingar and Tullamore Harriers will get €225,000 each.
Two Athletics Clubs in Westmeath and Offaly are receiving €450,000 as part of the Sports Capital Programme.
Tullamore Harriers will resurface their current track with the €225,000 allocation.
Mullingar Harriers are developing a new six lane regional hub at their facility with the same amount being awarded to them.
They hope to begin work on the project in the new year.
