Auctioneers Calling For Restrictions On Viewing Properties To Be Lifted

IPAV is warning the ban is driving prices up.

Auctioneers are calling for restrictions on prospective buyers viewing properties to be eased.

The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers is warning the measures are causing prices to increase by up to 10 percent.

It's calling for the ban to be lifted in favour of 15 minute viewing slots with no more than two people from one household.
