Birdwatch Ireland Looks For Help In The Midlands To Conserve Barn Owl

It's in an effort to better understand how the species is faring in the region.

Residents in Offaly and Westmeath are being asked to help shape the future conservation of barn owls. 

Birdwatch Ireland is making the effort to better understand how the species is faring in the region. 

They're asking the public to notify them of any sightings, nests or if they have erected a nest box themselves.
