An Coimisiún Pleanála granted planning permission last week.
Condron Concrete is no longer pursuing its appeal against the proposed Midlands Hospice project.
It comes after the project received planning permission from An Coimisiún Pleanála following months of sustained debate and multiple appeals.
Objections were raised by Condron Concrete in Tullamore on the basis that noise from its plant could adversely affect the hospice.
The company has expressed satisfaction following positive and constructive engagement with the HSE.
They've also expressed their excitement in seeing the developmental progress for the Hospice, Offaly and the wider Midlands region.
