€6M Allocated To Tackle Midlands Dereliction

It comes from a national €150 million fund.

Over €6 million has been allocated to tackle dereliction in the midlands.

The money comes from the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund, a €150 million investment to tackle vacancy and derelict buildings in Irish towns and cities. 

Westmeath will receive €2.5 million, the highest allocation in the region, while Laois and Offaly have been granted €2 million each.
