That's the view of one local politician.
A former convent in Laois is being suggested as the "perfect" location for a new enterprise hub.
Fine Gael councillor Paschal McEvoy is appealing to the local authority to explore the possibility at the old Presentation Convent on Main Street, Stradbally.
It's derelict, after lying idle for the last 20 years, and is currently owned by NAMA.
Councillor McEvoy says there's no reason why it couldn't be transformed for a new, modern-day use:
