Up to 59 Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection will be housed at the former Edgeworth Hotel in Longford, under plans agreed by the Department of Integration.
The property has undergone refurbishment as part of the Emergency Refurbishment Programme.
It's understood those set to be housed at the facility will be moved from alternative, State-provided accommodation.
A two-year contract has been agreed, with that expected to come into effect from early next month.
The State is currently providing accommodation to more than 36 thousand people fleeing the war in Ukraine.
