Hidden Cameras To Be Installed In Offaly To Curb Dog Fouling

The problem is being described as "rife" in the county.

Persistent issues with dog fouling could lead to the closure of some public walkways in Offaly. 

Ferbane business park is being flagged as one area where the problem is rife. 

Hidden cameras are being installed in the hope of curbing the problem there. 

But Fianna Fáil councillor Eamonn Dooley says if that doesn't work - more strict action will have to be taken:
