It centres on cost-of-living measures and the impact its having on staff, as delays continue in negotiating a new public sector pay deal.
Nurses will hold lunchtime protests between 12.30 and 1.30 this afternoon at 10 hospitals -
Regional Hospital in Mullingar, Cork University, University Hospital Limerick, St. Vincent’s and The Mater in Dublin , Our Lady Of Lourdes Drogheda, Letterkenny University Hospital, Galway University Hospital and Naas General Hospital.
It comes ahead of planned work stoppages by public sector workers on October 14 and 21st.
