Laois, Offaly and Westmeath have scheduled plenty of events for this year's Culture Night.
The 19th annual Culture Night gets underway across the country later.
Last year saw more than 1.2 million people attend events to celebrate culture, creativity and the arts.
A new plaque will be unveiled in Westmeath to mark the 70th anniversary of Athlone's hosting of the Fleadh, while Portarlington is hosting an art crawl.
In the Tullamore Library, bestselling author, Patricia Gibney, will join Midlands 103's Claire O'Brien, to explore the inspiration behind her stories.
Rose Silva from Samba Dance Brasil will be teaching people to dance on Dame Street in Dublin;
Anne Murray, from the Creative Groups Edenderry says, the town has plenty on offer:
