Mental Health Charity Calls For 'One Year, No Beer'

It's encouraging people partaking in Dry January to keep going for the year.

People who are doing Dry January are being challenged to make it 'one year, no beer.'

The call for a sober year comes from Mental Health charity Turn2Me.

It says alcohol, as a depressant, can impact on anxiety and depression.
