Three women and a man are due in court today.
Gardai investigating organised crime have arrested and charged three women in their 30's and 40s and one man in his 30's in Laois, Carlow, and Cork.
They will appear at sitting at Tullamore, Carlow, and Fermoy District Courts this morning.
Gardaí say the crime group at the centre of the investigation is trans-national, and is linked with criminal entities abroad.
Last night's arrests follow a number of arrests being made in the Midlands and Dublin in February over the seizure of 2kg of cannabis, 12 vehicles, and €32,000 in cash.
The investigation has been ongoing since Novermber 2024.
