An Coimisiún Pleanala has granted planning permission for the project which has been the subject of protracted debates and appeals in recent months.
The latest of those objections came from Condron's Concrete in Tullamore on the grounds the hospice would be adversley affected by noise from its plant.
In its decision to grant permission for the project, the planning authority says additional measures requested by the appellant were "not deemed required".
It added that the company's request for a 4 metre high wall was unwarranted given the separation distance of 53 metres between the two sites.
