Laois has seen the largest rise, followed by Westmeath and Offaly.
The average house price in the Midlands is rising sharply over the past year.
The latest GeoDirectory Residential Buildings Report shows the price of a house Laois is up by 12% in the 12 months to December 2025 to €313,200.
In Offaly, it will set you back around €281,000, a 6.2% increase in the year and by 10.2% in Westmeath to €313,270.
Residental property transactions have also gone up in Laois and Westmeath - with 13 more in Laois than in 2024, and 6 more in Westmeath to around 900 in each county.
While in Offaly, just under 600 were recorded, down from almost 700 in 2024.
