The organisation had expected to close down this month, due to a lack of funding.
The Midlands LGBT+ Project has announced it's recovered enough funding to continue operations.
The group previously stated it would be forced to close due to a lack of funding from the Department of Equality.
It's now acquired enough funding through grants and donations to allow it continue providing services into 2024.
The group is estimated to provide support to 200 people across 15 social and support networks in Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Kildare.
