Ballymahon's Tom Walsh will be laid to rest on Monday morning.
A midlands man who died in a road crash in Westmeath is being remembered as a "good, hard working, unassuming" person.
Tom Walsh passed away after being involved in a two car collision at the Pigeons on Thursday morning.
The Ballymahon man, aged in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two more men involved in the incident were brought to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore for treatment for what are thought to be serious but not life-threatening injuries.
Mr Walsh will be reposing at St Matthew's Church in Ballymahon on Sunday evening from 5pm, with the funeral mass taking place on Monday morning at 11am.
