Nurse Transferred From Portlaoise Hospital To Alleviate Pressure On MRHM - Sinn Féin

She'll be used until a new appointee is released to the Paediatric Diabetes Service.

An experienced nurse being used to alleviate pressure on Westmeath's Paediatric Diabetes Services has been transferred from another hospital in the midlands.

That's the claim being made by Sinn Féin TD Sorca Clarke, who says the Paediatric Diabetes Nurse has been moved from Regional Hospital Portlaoise for short-term support.

She'll be used until a new appointee is officially released to the service.

The Longford Westmeath Deputy says parents are beside themselves with worry.
