The latest Construction Status Report shows over 1,200 homes in the delivery pipeline for the Midlands.
There's over 640 homes planned in Westmeath, over 450 in Laois, and almost 120 in Offaly.
In Westmeath, 274 homes are under construction and 368 are at design or tender stage, while Laois has 282 under construction and 172 in planning.
Offaly’s plans includes 31 homes currently being built and 88 progressing through design and tender phases.
