People Need To Prioritise Mental Health Over "Toxic" Family Members - Turn2Me

The mental health charity has offered advice for dealing with awkward family interactions over the holidays.

People are being urged to take care of themselves and be wary around more toxic family members this Christmas time. 

Mental health charity Turn2Me are giving people tips on how to best handle awkward conversations over the festive period. 

These include setting clear boundaries, focusing on positive interactions and avoiding contentious topics.
