Sinn Fein Wants Pandemic Unemployment Payment Extended

14,200 people across the midlands will receive the payment this week.

Sinn Fein says it would extend the pandemic unemployment payment until there's a blanket return to work. 

14,200 people across the midlands will receive the payment this week but proposals on phasing it out will be included in the July stimulus package. 

It's also expected the ceiling of the €350 a week payment will be cut by €50 in the coming months.
