Mullingar's LGTBQ+ scene has come a long way in 10 years.
That's according to the founder of Pride Mullingar, Daniel Boyne, who was initially eager to leave the town due to bullying throughout his childhood.
He is now back living in his hometown of Mullingar with his partner and has created Pride Mullingar giving people a space to socialise and feel safe with events like drag brunches, disco nights and pride marches.
