People can expect a loss of water from 8am tomorrow morning.
Residents in Offaly are being warned of interruptions to water supply from tomorrow morning.
This is to allow for the installation of a new pump at the Toberdaly Water Treatment Plant to improve the reliability of supply and aid in energy saving.
Impacted areas include Ballyheashill, Monasteroris, Clonmore, Rathcobican, Rhode, Jonestown, Thomastown and Ballybrittan.
Works will take place from 8am on Tuesday morning until 8pm in the evening.
Alternative supplies will be in place at Rhode Village Hall during this time.
Customers are being reminded to bring their own containers when taking the water from tankers, and to boil water before consuming.
