Upgrade works on two essential water main replacement projects have been competed in Westmeath.
Over 4 kilometers of new pipes have been laid down across Bunbrosna, Monilea, Ballynagall and Knockdrin as part of Uisce Eireann's Leakage Reduction Programme.
It means the supply will become more sustainable in terms of retaining clean drinking water from escaping the system.
