A Westmeath business is announcing an acquisition by a US company in the field of life-sciences.
Innovize is owned by US private equity firm Vance Street Capital, and bought Athlone's Zenith Adhesive Components an Irish-based manufacturer and supplier of adhesives to the medical and industrial sectors.
Pat O'Neill, Co-founder of Zenith, believes this deal could double the size of the business in three years.
