A new mortgage product will allow people to pay off their home loan until they are 80.
It's being offered by MoCo, which only entered the Irish mortgage market last month.
According to the Irish Independent MoCo's credit policy states maximum terms of up to 35 years and for applicants up to the age of 80, and insists its 'acting prudently'.
