We'll be discussing Solar panels with Valerie Hand, Retrofit Manager of Bord Gáis Energy, as new research from the company shows one in three people believe, incorrectly, that solar panels only generate electricity when the sun is shining.

Bord Gais Energy says while sunshine certainly helps boost performance, modern solar systems are designed to operate efficiently even on cloudy or rainy days.
