Portlaoise Boxing club’s Thomas O’Reilly secured gold in the 75kg division following his impressive triumph over his Azerbaijan opponent Yusif Aghakishiyev in the decider.
Fellow club member Rosaletta Casey took home bronze in her 42kg field, with a 4-1 score card win over her Polish Alicja Laniecka opponent in the quarter finals.
Meanwhile, Mullingar Elite’s Ronan Charles came home with a silver in the 40kg category, after victories over boxers from Latvia, Romania and Finland.
Team Ireland came home with an impressive 13 medals, including four gold, three silver and six bronze.
