Cyclists will be taking on the formidable challenge of The Cut in Laois once again.
Rás na mBan is coming back to Laois.
The biggest women's stage race in Ireland returns to the Slieve Bloom Mountains for the 104km second stage on Thursday, September 5th.
For a second time after a popular introduction last year, the finish will be in Mountrath after the climb of ‘The Cut’ following a start in Portlaoise.
The top road cyclists will set off from Kilkenny on September 4th, before trekking through the O'Moore County the following day, followed by a race through Gorey in Wexford, before returning to Kilkenny on the penultimate day and finishing in the Marble City on Sunday.
