Offaly GAA have announced that All-Ireland winning U-20 manager Declan Kelly has become 'Director of Football' for the county.
It's a voluntary position of which the details are as yet unknown.
He'll also be in charge of the U14 development squad alongside John Rouse, Ken Casey, Karol Slattery and Keith McGuinness.
Other appointments at various age groups for footballing sides include Paddy Moore (manager), Stephen Burns, Richard Fox and Darren Quinn at U15 level.
Niall Kelly (manager), Roger Ryan, John Reynolds & Fiacra Gaughan will oversee the development of the U16 group.
A similar structure will be announced for the hurling development squads in the coming week.
