The midlanders play their Cup opener next month.
Athlone Town will begin their FAI Cup campaign with a home game against Ringmahon Rangers.
The midlanders departed the competition at the first round stage last year after being drawn against Premier Division heavyweights, Derry City.
Meanwhile, the Munster Senior League side were beaten by Kerry in their first round.
The game is slated to take place on the weekend of July 21st.
There's a number of high profile all-Premier Division meetings including a Dublin derby between Bohemians and Shamrock Rovers, A Louth derby with Dundalk and Drogheda, and a meeting between Derry and St Patrick's Athletic.
