The midlanders will take on a trip to Linfield in June.
The Avenir Sports Women's All Island Cup will help keep Athlone Town sharp when the Women's Premier Division breaks up prior to this year's World Cup.
Town's manager Tommy Hewitt is looking forward to the inaugural competition which kicks off June 18th.
The midlanders are drawn with Linfield, Galway United, and Shelbourne.
