The draw took place last week.
Athlone Town will start their 2021 FAI Cup journey on Friday night.
The FAI have confirmed that their 1st round game against Waterford will kick-off at 7:45 in Lissywoolen.
The midlanders come into the game with a record of one win since the end of May. There's been three draws in that time however and they've been badly hurt by the concession of late goals.
Adrian Carberry has bolstered his squad with a couple of signings thus far and at least one more is expected before the end of the window.
Waterford meanwhile have found form in recent weeks, with wins over Finn Harps and Sligo Rovers in the Premier Division.

They still sit in 9th but are now eight points clear of Longford and the automatic trap door from the top flight.
Canadian Marc Bircham took over mid-season and is still working on re-shaping the squad.
John Martin is their leading goal threat so far this season with four followed by Shane Griffin on three.
Of course last season's superb cup run is very fresh in the memory of the fans and with several hundred enabled to take their seat in the stand, it's sure to be a good atmosphere in Westmeath Friday night.
