He's one of three uncapped players included for the test against England.

Athlone's Luke Carty will make his debut at out-half for the USA on Sunday at Twickenham.

He's been named as one of three uncapped players in Gary Gold's XV for the test against England.

The 23 year-old has been thriving since his move to play for Major League Rugby outfit, the Los Angeles Giltinis in the summer.

He's gained a reputation as a great playmaker much like his brother Jack at Connacht.

It's the first time the USA have played England at Twickenham since a 45-7 defeat in 1999.

It'll be a 2pm kick-off.

Head Coach Gary Gold said:

Coach Gold said

“We’ve had a good few days in England getting the guys back together with a number of productive training sessions under our belts. For us, the important thing is to ensure our younger players are exposed to this quality of competition early and often in their playing career. As we look ahead to World Cup qualification against Canada and now two test matches against Ireland, we are confident we will see the experience of these games pay dividends heading into the next two World cup cycles.”
