The Emo woman will represent Ireland in two races.
Laois athlete Ava O'Connor has been named in the Ireland squad for the upcoming European U23 Athletics Championships.
She's been selected for both the 3,000m steeplechase and the 1,500m.
The Tullamore Harriers member recently claimed a top three finish in the 3000m Steeplechase at the European Team Championships in Maribor.
Offaly's Heather Murphy has also been selected as she will race in the 10,000m.
She is a member of the St Michael's Athletics Club in Portarlington
This year's championships will take place at the Bergen and Fana Stadium in Norway and gets underway on July 17th.
