Both Athlone Sides With Great Chance Of A Win This Weekend

It's a Friday fixture for the men with the ladies out on Saturday.

Athlone Town return to SSE Airtricity action this evening when they welcome Cobh Ramblers to Lissywoolen.

That game gets underway at 7.45.

Adrian Carberry will have a full squad to choose from as they look to back up last weekends draw with promotion chasing Cabinteely.

Meanwhile, Athlone ladies also have a home game this weekend.

They welcome Bohemians to the midlands tomorrow evening in the FAI Women’s Senior Cup Preliminary Round.

Kick-off is at 7pm.

Bohemians sit bottom of the Women's National League after six games, without a win and three points behind the midlanders.

If they can get a second win of the season and progress, Tommy Hewitt's side will play Cork city in the quarter-finals.

That game will be live streamed on the WNL Facebook page from 6:55.
