They defeated NUI Galway in Lissywoolen earlier today.
Clara's Jack Reynolds warmed up for the new SSE Airtricity League Season by scoring a brace as Maynooth University captured the Harding Cup in Lissywoolen this afternoon.
It's the first time in a decade the college has taken home the trophy, though they also reached the final in 2019/20.
Reynolds proved to be the key man as he took his tally to four in the competition, following on from another double salvo in the qualifying section on Tuesday.
Congrats to Jack Reynolds ⚽️

NUI Galway had no answer to his pace and creativity from the left, his endevours also sett up Maynooth's third goal, a Gerard O'Connor rebound.
His performances will be music to Martin Russell's ears as he continues to prepare for the upcoming First Division campaign.
Athlone Town are back in action tomorrow in Lissywoolen against Drogheda United.
