Laois manager wants better treatment for McDonagh Cup counties
The GAA should have considered sending the four Joe McDonagh Cup semi-finalists to Boston for the annual Fenway challenge.
That's the view of the Laois senior hurling team manager Eddie Brennan who says that it would be a recognition of counties who are just below the elite level and who are putting just as much effort as the top teams.
This weekend Limerick, Tipperary, Kilkenny and Wexford will be in the USA for the 11 a side Fenway competition.
The Kilkenny man says it's something that the GAA should consider:
