She's doubled Ireland's medal tally in Madeira.
Midlands star swimmer Nicole Turner has doubled Ireland’s medal tally at the World Para Swimming Championships.
The Portarlington swimmer claimed bronze in the 200 metres Individual Medley SM6 in Madeira last night.
The Paralympic silver medalist did it in a time of 3.12.62, just behind British pair Maisie Summers-Newton and Grace Harvey.
But she's described it as a 'bonus', with her focus on events later in the week.
This evening, Róisín Ní Riain races in her third final of the week.
The Limerick teenager is drawn in lane 6 for the Women’s 100 metre backstroke S13.
