Buveur D'Air To Miss Cheltenham

He won the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham in 2017 and 2018.

Nicky Henderson says he's keeping Buveur d'Air in reserve until next month's Aintree Hurdle. 

It means the 2017 and 2018 winner of the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham will not be gunning for a hat-trick next week. 

The Seven Barrows trainer is still represented by defending champion Epatante. 

 

Meanwhile,

Cheltenham Festival hope 'Galvin' has been transferred from Gordon Elliott's yard to Ian Ferguson's stable in Ballymena.

There's a seven-race card at Clonmel this afternoon.
