Calls For Revamp Of Hurling League Structures Grow Louder

Both Laois and Westmeath bosses spoke about it after their relegation playoff.

Westmeath hurling manager Shane O'Brien believes a revamp of the league is required. 

He was echoing the thoughts of Laois counterpart Cheddar Plunkett after the O'Moore county secured Division One hurling for 2022, beating the lake county on Saturday evening. 

Offaly will now take Westmeath's place at the top table.
