Carusa Into Ireland Woman's Squad

New striker has roots in Laois and Cork

Kyra Carusa has received international clearance from FIFA and will join up with the Republic of Ireland women's squad this weekend.

The 24-year-old San Diego native striker goes straight into Vera Pauw's squad for the upcoming Euro 2021 qualifiers against Greece and Montenegro.

Carusa, who has grandparents from Laois and Cork, says it's incredibly humbling to join the Irish setup.
