CCFL Week 7 Results: St. Peters And Willow Park Press On In Senior Division

Both Athlone clubs continue their unbeaten starts in their push for top-spot.

St. Peter's and Willow Park continued their unbeaten runs in the Combined Counties Football League during the weekend.

Both Athlone teams were at home. The saints defeated Clonaslee Utd 3-0, while Willow grabbed a 4-1 victory over Birr Town. The other fixture saw Ballinahown pick up a point on the road after drawing 2-2 with Mountmellick Utd.

Premier Division Table Week 6:

In the First Division, there was a 2-1 home win for Mullingar Celtic over Coolraine, while Highfield Utd stole the points away from hosts Walsh Island Shamrocks by 4-3. Mullingar Town had a 2-0 away victory over Longford Slashers in Division 1 Saturday.
