The next heat was won by the Christopher Flanagan trained Faypoint Angry in 32.54 winning by a large margin of twelve lengths for his owner Patricia Flangan.
The final heat was won by her kennelmate Singalong Dolly as the Pat Buckley trained star dominated her rivals to win in the fastest time of 32.36. She pulled clear to win by twelve lengths with Miss Mini Holly finished second and through to the consolation final this Sunday March 17th.
The Kilbride Kennels Midlands Derby Final was won by the Kurtis Bain trained Rough Frankie who ran a super race to win the €3,300 pot. He made all over the 550 yards trip to clock 29.90.
