Cheddar Plunkett is set to return as Laois Senior Hurling manager.
It’s expected that the 59 year old will be ratified as Eddie Brennan’s replacement in the coming days.
Plunkett was previously in charge between 2012 and 2016 and had been involved in the Kilkenny club scene is recent years.
Last night it was announced that former Laois boss Eddie Brennan would take up a role with the Cuala senior hurlers in 2021.
