Cillian Kiely Opts Out; Nine Leave Offaly Hurling Panel

Michael Fennelly has added twelve to the fold, however.

Kilcormac/Killoughey's Cillian Kiely has opted out of the Offaly senior hurling panel in 2021.

The centre half back is one of nine players who will not return to the fold for Michael Fennelly's second year at the helm.

Other notable withdrawals include Birr's Brendan Murphy, Seir Kieran's Kevin Dunne, Andy Flynn of Lusmagh, James Dempsey and David O'Toole-Greene of Kinnitty and Shamrocks. 

Three players from Shinrone have also left the set up, Sean Cleary, Dan Doughan and Michael Cleary.

As a result twelve players have been added to the panel including three of last years U-20's.
