CMO Dampens Hopes Of Half Full Croke Park In 2020

Dr. Holohan says it’s too soon to talk about attendances of such a scale.

Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohan has dampened expectations of a half-full Croke Park at some stage this year.

GAA President John Horan has said that Croke Park could hold 21-thousand if current social distancing measures stay in place, or 42-thousand if it’s reduced to a metre.

But the Chief Medical Officer says it’s too soon to talk about attendances of such a scale.
