The Offaly man earned his fourth cap for Ireland on Saturday.

Cormac Izuchukwu says he delighted to have featured for Ireland given his injury record this season.

The Offaly man made his Six Nations debut in Ireland's 20-13 win at home to Italy on Saturday, where he played 58 minutes for Andy Farrell's side.

Jamie Osborne, Jack Conan and fellow debutant Robert Baloucoune got the all important tries for Ireland, as they got their first victory of the campaign.

Attention now turns to the clash away to England this weekend.

Izuchukwu lined out at blindside flanker.

He says it's an unbelievable feeling to be playing again:
